About Thistle Golf Club
Tim Cate's design at Thistle Golf Club is different from most Myrtle Beach courses. It takes the idea of "testing, yet fair" to another level. Cate's conception is to provide a course that is playable by the high handicapper while still challenging the more experienced golfer. Thistle does this, and more. The course also maintains the distinct feel of the Calabash region as it winds its way through 34 acres of water. This is one unforgettable 27-hole golf experience!
