About Jacaranda Golf Club - West Course
Jacaranda Golf Club's reincarnation of the new East Course is complete and has been received by the public with enthusiastic reviews. Both courses, sporting $10,000,000 in renovations, provide an exceptional benchmark of course design while incorporating the latest innovations in course construction. Saltwater tolerant grasses called sea dwarf paspalum on the tees and fairways have given an entirely new look to one of South Florida's premier golfing experiences. In the summers of 2005 & 2006, architect Bobby Weed created living works of art while retaining the playability championship golf demands. Weed incorporated luxurious new Tifdwarf putting surfaces, tightly manicured collection areas, plush emerald green fairways, and bunkering designed in such a natural way that risk/reward golf has never looked so inviting. Golfers who have played the new East Course have commented, "It's a brand new course, but it still feels like home."
