JC Resort Condominiums Restrictions & Fees

Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a small starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of toilet paper, trash bags and soap pod for the dishwasher. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory Accidental Damage Protection Fee of $45 + tax per stay will be added to your reservation upon booking. The protection fee covers unintentional damages up to $1500 to the interior of the condo during a guest's stay. All damages must be reported to resort management prior to check out to be covered. Any intentional or malicious damage is not covered under the Accidental Damage Protection Fee and will charged to the directly onsite. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory JC Resorts Booking fee of $60 + tax per room per night will be added to your reservation upon booking. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

JC Resorts requires no boats, trailers, wave runners or recreational vehicles at any time. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Parking is limited. Guest's must let the resort know if they have more than one vehicle. Sand Dollar Resort requires all cars to display a valid parking permit (tag), visible through the front windshield. Guest permits shall identify the Sand Dollar unit number and the authorized rental dates. No more than 2 permits shall be issued for any unit. Lost permits will NOT be replaced. Cars not displaying an appropriate permit may be towed at the owner’s expense. The only exception is for guests checking in, who may park for not more than 30 minutes while completing check-in and obtaining a parking permit. However an adult must remain with the vehicle. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Resort requires no smoking in the lobby, elevator, stairwells or other common areas within the building. — 11/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note, rental management companies enforce strict cancellation terms and policies throughout the year. We strongly suggest guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment. — 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2100

A Mandatory departure cleaning fee will be added to your reservation upon booking. Fees are: 1 Bedroom $170 + tax, 2 Bedroom $190 + tax and 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom $210 + tax and 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom $220 + tax. — 1/4/2025 - 12/31/2029
