These units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2018 - 12/31/2029

For all private vacation homes: there is a mandatory deposit $500 per unit. All other units - $50 deposit is required. All deposits are due upon booking and non-refundable inside 60 days. — 1/1/2018 - 12/31/2029

A Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 will be charged directly to the guest for each reservation. The Damage Deposit will be charged 7 days from arrival and refunded to the guest within 7 days of departure less any damages or fees incurred during the guest's stay. — 9/15/2023 - 12/31/2029

Any and all damages or maintenance issues to the home or property, including any found upon arrival, must be reported directly to the home management company immediately by calling 877-336-1325 during office hours. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. For any emergencies or needs onsite after hours, guests may reach 877-931-5747 or [email protected] after 5pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. — 11/8/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note, rental management companies enforce strict cancellation terms and policies throughout the year including poor weather forecast (force majeure excluded). We strongly suggest guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment. — 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2100
