Palm Canyon Resort Restrictions & Fees
The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $200 per unit at check-in. This fee must be paid with a major credit card. Cash and pre-paid debit card deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout the entire stay. — 7/16/2019 - 12/31/2029
Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2021 - 12/31/2029
