Grand Beach Resort Restrictions & Fees

Daily maid service is not included, rooms are cleaned once every 7 days. Additional cleaning may be arranged for an additional fee upon check in. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2025

Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029

The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $300 per unit at check-in. This fee must be paid with a major credit card. Cash and pre-paid debit card deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout the entire stay. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029

Please note, the resort requires a valid government-issued photo ID at time of check-in. The ID must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. If a member in the group will be checking in prior to the group leader, the group leader must contact the hotel's front desk prior to arrival and provide the necessary information. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029

Grand Beach Resort requires a minimum night stay of 2 nights per reservation. — 1/1/2021 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory resort fee of $25 plus tax per villa per night will be added to your reservation upon booking and includes: Guest internet access; self-parking; sport equipment; barbecue equipment; , Mini-Golf; DVD Movies & Game console rentals; outdoor games (giant checker & chess); lobby coffee station; PressReader access. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
