Global Vacation Rentals Orlando Restrictions & Fees
Global Vacation Rentals damage waiver policy: A mandatory damage waiver that cover up to $1500 per home/condo will be added to your reservation upon booking: $60 (2 & 3 bedrooms), $75 (4 & 5 bedrooms), $85 (6 & 7 bedrooms) and $95 (8 & 9 bedrooms). Any and all damages to the home or property, including any found upon arrival, must be reported directly to Global Resort Homes by calling 800-280-9516, 407-387-3030, or 800-445-7318 (for emergency), within 24 hours. Any unreported damages will not be covered by the accidental damage waiver. Bedding, linens, and towels are not covered under the accidental damage waiver. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029

Please note, Emerald Island Resort requires all vehicles to be registered at the Clubhouse to park within the resort. Each vehicle requires a transponder which are available for a one time fee of $20 per transponder to be paid directly at the clubhouse.
